Anyone post the Thunderhill vid on any other sites? This instructor should be striped of his ability to instruct. I hope this student detailed what happened on his instructor evaluation form and provided info to his video!

As far as comunicators go, I provide my own. I have a comunicator permanitly attached to my helmet and I give the student a headset mic combo to use. I know my stuff is clean and in working order and I owe that to this hobby in helping others learn to drive on a track. I also have taken time to prepare a book with a track map on 1 page and each corner with the line on seperate pages along with papers showing each flag among other papers of information for students. I even have my laptop with a vid of a lap for them to view.

Sure clubs are there to make some money and the instructors are the salesmen. Instructors need to be sure they are providing the student with a fun and relaxed safe enviroment and help them learn so that the student keeps coming back to this hobby. Instructors need to realize the student is the customer.
